Shipping policy
I. We do not accept exchanges or returns once the purchase has been made and the order confirmed. Similarly, no refunds are processed.
II. We do not provide any kind of warranty, express or implied.
III. In case of loss and/or destruction of the order, you must claim your insurance if you have insured your merchandise, as our service does not include insurance directly with the courier. MF Espacios is not responsible for the procedure to apply for insurance on your merchandise or for the loss and/or destruction of your order.
IV. The user releases MF Espacios from all responsibility for loss, damages, misdelivery, non-delivery, or delayed delivery of the shipment caused by: a) Acts of God, force majeure, or other causes beyond MF Espacios' control; b) Acts or regulations of any authority; c) Incorrect or incomplete recipient address information.
V. Once MF Espacios has handed over the order to the courier, we are not responsible for any subsequent issues. Therefore, you must communicate directly with the courier to resolve any situation.
VI. Your order may be opened and inspected by government authorities at any time, if necessary.
VII. In case of customs detention, you are responsible for all charges, including transportation charges and possible surcharges, contributions, customs and tariff valuations, including fees, penalties, governmental fines, taxes, and legal costs related to your order. You guarantee and are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations, including but not limited to customs laws, import and export laws and regulations, and governmental regulations of any country to, from, through, or over which your order may be transported. You agree to provide this information and complete and attach any necessary documents to satisfy such laws, rules, and regulations. We assume no responsibility to you or any other person for any loss or expense due to your failure to comply with this provision.
